Top 10 Ways to Kick PH's Butt

By Hannah Lahmeyer

  1. Go to a PH specialist at a minimum every 6 months.
  2. Wash hands regularly, so you don’t catch a cold.
  3. Take your medicine as prescribed.
  4. Develop eating habits that are low-sodium and contain lots of vitamins.
  5. Get lots of sleep.
  6. Go outside for sunshine and fresh air to avoid depression.
  7. De-stress.  Seriously, go on a vacation.  Stress worsens PH.
  8. Accept others help.
  9. Know your limits when planning daily activities.
  10. Exercise but stop when your body tells you.
